| Our standard delivery
charge is £4.95+vat for delivery within 2 working days. Target, TNT and City Link make most of
our deliveries between 8am and 5.30pm. We cannot specify a delivery time. |

Do you only deliver to the card holders address? |
|
| We can deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable business address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order. We do not deliver to residential addresses. |

We deliver |

| We deliver to mainland
UK and Northern Ireland. We can also deliver to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man
& the Isle of Skye, but delivery can take up to a week. This is also the
case in some areas of Scotland. We are unable to deliver overseas, to the
Channel Islands, Southern Ireland or BFPO addresses. We do not ship outside
the UK. |

will deliver my goods and when will they arrive |

| We use Target, City
Link and TNT. The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30. We
cannot specify a delivery time. |

| When
will my order be dispatched |
|
| Orders that are placed
before 3pm on a working week day that pass our security checks and are in
stock are usually dispatched the same day. You will receive confirmation
that the goods have been dispatched via email. The confirmations are sent between 5.30-6pm.

will my goods arrive |
|
|
Standard deliveries
should arrive within 2 working days, but often arrive quicker than this.
We cannot specify a delivery time. If you have not received your goods
within 2 working days please contact us

| What
if I'm not available to accept the delivery? |
|
| The courier will
attempt 2 deliveries on consecutive working days .We cannot authorise any
further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery
you may collect it from the local depot for upto 5 days, following which
it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge
will not be refunded. |
