 Returning a Product
 Returns Policy

Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to orders placed by business customers and our Business Terms and Conditions apply.

If you wish to return unwanted goods you must obtain a returns number (RMA) by completing the online returns form. When we receive your completed form we will inform you of any restocking fee and will issue a returns number by e-mail. Please note that packages arriving to us without a valid RMA number will be rejected or returned. For more information please read our Terms&Conditions

Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

All unwanted goods must be returned at your own expense using a reliable courier firm. If you would like us to collect the goods from you, a charge will be made depending on the size of the product. (Minimum £15)

On returning the goods, please ensure that you package the product well. We cannot accept liability for any goods damaged in transit and a replacement or refund will not be offered. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.

  Why do I have to fill in the online returns form?
This ensures we have all the relevant information we require to organise the return and replacement or refund as quickly and efficiently as possible.
 How long will the return take?
We endeavour to arrange all returns within 3 working days of the returns form being submitted to us. In certain circumstances the returns process can take longer but we can assure our customers we deal with all return request as quickly as possible. If you need to return a faulty item the process can often be speeded up if you obtain a reference number from the manufacturers technical support teams. You can find their numbers under the Technical support section.
 When will I get my replacement?
Your replacement will be dispatched once the faulty goods have arrived back to us.
 How long will a refund take to show on my card?
A credit will be applied to your card within 30 days of the goods being returned.
 Do I have to pay to return goods?
We will organise a courier collection of any faulty goods. Unwanted goods are returned at your own expense.
 I have a faulty product and have been told to contact the manufacturer, why?
In most cases, manufacturers provide support direct to end users. They do this for many reasons, the main one is to ensure that their customers receive the best possible support on their products.The manufacturers technical support teams can sometimes also resolve certain issues over the telephone with no need for returning or replacing the goods. A reference number can also be obtained from the manufacturer making the process for returning the item to us a lot faster
