 Products that are found to be faulty after 7 days following delivery will be repaired under warranty by the Manufacturer. Please call the relevant manufacturer to report the problem and arrange repair. A list of Manufacturers telephone numbers can be found on our Faulty Products page. For products found to be faulty within 7 days of delivery please complete the form below:

All products are inspected on receipt and refunds will not be given if the condition is not as described. All faults are verified by our technicians.

After receiving this form, we will issue you with a returns number. Please note that packages arriving without a valid RMA number will be rejected or returned. All products that are returned to us must be in their original condition. This means that all the items you received in the original shipment including, cables, manuals, disks and any free software items must be returned. Any other items relating to the product must be included. Please do not write on or otherwise mark the product box. All goods are tested on return to verify the fault, before a refund can be made. All goods which prove to be non-defective, will have a minimum restocking fee of 25% charged against them.

 

RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. Please ensure that you package the product well. We cannot accept liability for any goods damaged in transit and a replacement or refund will not be offered in case of damaged products. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.

If you are returning a faulty product, we will arrange collection. Otherwise:
Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
